31/03/2020 The Authentic Indian Superstitions!!! As little kids, we must have heard so many superstitions from our grandmothers. The millenials find these superstitions baseless and ridiculous without any logic. One common superstition we must have been told about is the eye twitches. If Nani (grandma) says your left eye is twitching, that means something bad is about to happen whereas if your right eye twitches that means something good is about to happen. However, have we ever pondered about a plausible explanation behind this? Scientifically, behind the eye there is an optic nerve which carries messages to the brain for the interpretation of the image.
